This Privacy Policy explains how Tindall Avenue Events & Entertainment, LLC, doing business as Lead with Listening ("Lead with Listening," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit leadwithlistening.com and courses.leadwithlistening.com, take the Listening Audit, purchase or use our products and services (including The Listening Advantage course, the Premium Report, and coaching), or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information we collect
Information you provide to us:
- Contact and account information — such as your name and email address when you take the Listening Audit, subscribe, create an account, or contact us.
- Assessment responses — your answers to the Listening Audit and any related surveys, and the results generated from them (for example, your Listening Archetype and HEARD dimension scores).
- Purchase information — products you buy and related order details. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card number.
- Course and learning activity — your enrollment, progress, quiz and reflection responses, and completion status within the course platform.
- Communications — messages, feedback, and information you provide when you email us, book a call, or otherwise correspond with us.
Information we collect automatically:
- Usage and device information — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with our Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

- Stripe — payment processing;
- Thinkific — course hosting and delivery;
- ActiveCampaign — email marketing and customer relationship management;
- Acuity Scheduling — appointment booking;
- Zapier (and/or similar automation tools) — connecting the systems above;
- Google — fonts and, where applicable, analytics.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lead with Listening, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
